What Teofil is

A way to find service providers and send them booking requests. The service itself, and payment for it, is between you and the business. Teofil is not a party to it and does not take, hold or move money between customers and businesses.

What we keep about you

Your phone number (to sign you in), the name you give, your bookings and reviews, and the businesses you save, and the messages you exchange with a business about a booking. Businesses see your name. They never see your phone number unless you type it into a message yourself.

What we never ask for

We never ask customers or businesses for official personal documents, and we do not accept them. A business is verified from photos of its work and of the person at their workplace.

Messages

Messages between you and a business stay in the app. They close a week after the visit and are deleted 90 days after it. Our team reads a conversation only when one of you reports it. We send SMS only to sign you in, for important booking news you have not seen in the app, and to tell you a message is waiting.
