- Is it really free?
- Yes. Your page and your booking requests are free for as long as you use them. Pro is a monthly plan you can choose to pay Teofil for; it starts with 14 days free and no payment details.
- Do you take a cut of what my customers pay?
- No. Your customers pay you directly, in the way you agree with them. Teofil never takes, holds or moves their money, so there is no commission and nothing to wait for.
- Will customers get my phone number?
- No. You and your customers write to each other in the app, in the thread that belongs to a booking. Neither of you is given the other's number.
- Do I need a shop?
- No. You can work from a shop, go to your customers, or both. If you go to customers' homes, your page says "Home service" once you are Verified.
- What does Verified need?
- Photos of your work and a photo of you at your workplace, sent in the app. It is free on every plan and is only ever done in the app.
- How do I pay for Pro?
- One month at a time, by mobile money. Nothing renews by itself: we remind you, and you decide whether to pay again.
